The npm package @servicetitan/examples was found to contain malware. According to the GitHub advisory (GHSA-mgq3-c994-g4g9), any computer with this package installed or running should be considered fully compromised.\n\nThe malware grants outside entities full control of affected systems. All secrets and keys stored on compromised computers should be rotated immediately from a different, unaffected system. While the package should be removed, there is no guarantee that removal will eliminate all malicious software that may have been installed as a result of the initial compromise.\n\nThe advisory was published on 2026-08-04 and lists multiple affected versions of @servicetitan/examples on npm.
